What does he do

Every 5h and 15 minutes it sends a message announcing that in ABOUT X minutes it will extract something. After that he will send a second message containing the Gift Link of an NFT randomly extracted from the Prize Pool.

We talk about "about X minutes" because the bot announces the nearest full minute, so if the Gift Link arrives after 220 seconds the bot will say "about 4 minutes"

X Minutes:

LittleArm calculates the delay of the second message in seconds, so any second from 121 to the 600 is possible, i.e. from 2 to 10 minutes.
